Discuss intentional community
Holiday Cohousing now forming
EMiTA Cohousing is situated in Lymington, TAS on 19 acre virtual waterfront to a lovely sandy beach with deep water. This, in an environmentally sound, aesthetically pleasing, detached low-rise housing with shared vegetable garden, orchard, and pet facilities.

Drug- & alcohol free zone in common house and common grounds. What you do in your own house is up to you (except for illicit drugs which are not tolerated).

The community will decide when it has been formed. At the moment there are both meat-eaters and vegetarians.
By consensus
Each individual has his/her own funds, but a contribution will have to be ongoing into the cohousing. The amount will have to be determined later.
Each member wil have to contribute labour, but that will also have to be determined later. People not able to work may pay in stead.
